I've been managing my weight since my early 20s. I was never one of those people that got to eat and drink everything! After college I gained 60 lbs and was close to 200 pounds. YIKES! The first diet I went on was Medi-fast and I lost 25 pounds but my metabolism had slowed to nothing and I had a hard time maintaining my weight. Then I switched to Weight Watchers but couldn't seem to lose much.

Then I found Atkins - wow the pounds came right off! That's when I realized that my body needs a low carb, high protein diet. That was in my mid-thirties. In my late forties. It became harder to keep the pounds off! Over the past couple of years I watched 20 - 30 people that I knew use the Ideal Protein plan and saw their success, high energy and the healthy way they looked when they finished the plan. Last April I finally tried it myself. I lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks and have been maintaining ever since!!*


I started the Ideal Protein program last year after my daughter opened her clinic in Northern California. I was so impressed with the Ideal Protein product and the healthful weight loss protocol, that I decided to open a clinic in the Southern California Desert area. I chose an office in Cathedral City to be a centralized location. I will be your support system and weight loss guide!
